We were excited to stay at this hotel mostly because of all the swimming pools and the lazy river. However when we got there it took 2 hours to check in and we found out it costs $* to just ride on the lazy river once. Our room was ok but I would never stay here again. We did know that is was a time share resort but we were there for 10 days and everyday they called leaving messages asking us to take a tour. The one day we did sleep in and not head off to disney they woke us up with a phone call to take a tour at 9:30am. I will never stay here again.

I found this resort to be great! Nice 2-bedroom villas with 2 queen beds in one room and a king in the other. Right on the golf course. Excellent view. Awesome pool with lazy river. I had a great time. Service at poolside restaurant a little slow/workers not on their best game. Tip for faster food service: order snack food poolside!

I usually stay at the sheraton vistana and love it but it was booked so i decided to try this hotel The first room i got which was a two bedrm villa was on the 1st floor and master bedrm smell like urine i slept in my sons rm the first night then was moved. the second rm was not bad but not as clean as i would have liked it. Also everything here costs extra the golf, lazy river with the rafts etc you would think it would be included nope! The customer service is not pleasant, and it is a cashless facility, you have to charge everything on your card, that way their hoping you spend extra money.Also the grounds are way to big, you have to take your car to everything otherwise you will be walking a couple miles I go to disney every year and do not recomend this hotel

My husband & I went to celebrate our birthdays and have quiet time without the kids. Our first night was horrible. Our room was musty and there was a leak somewhere that made the carpet wet. Some brilliant person thought that we wouldn't notice a full size fitted sheet on our king size bed. It didn't fit. It was 11pm before housekeeping came with the right sheets. They didn't speak english and smiled and handed us the sheets and left. We made our bed. The Breeze restaurant downstairs took over 10 min to seat us, when it wasn't even busy, and they sat us at a dirty table. It was another 10 minutes before the waitress came over and said "be with you soon" and left. We left. The next morning we went to the front desk and complained about our wet & musty room. The girl was wonderful and upgraded us to the otherside of the resort to a nice condo. We went for our scheduled 90min timeshare tour. 3 hours later we were telling the 5th or 6th person they sent over to hammer us "no thank you". We finally escaped.We went to the pool for the lazy river. $* later to rent the tubes, we found it crowded and dirty. We want a timeshare, but not at this place. My rating scale is on our second night stay in the condo. The first night I will give a "0" across the board except for front desk staff was very nice.

My family stayed at the resort for seven days in August. We stayed in a two bedroom suite. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The resort is gated so only guests can enter. Our room was exactly like the photos and had all the essentials needed to make meals in the kitchen. The resort is located close to Disney and other attractions (15-20 min from Universal, Sea World, and International Drive). A Publix, Target, and Walgreens are located across the street from the resort. We were contacted twice by phone during our stay to "tour the property" to become time share owners. We declined both times and were not pressured or asked again. We had a great time staying at the resort and would stay again!!
